Daniels Ridge on walnut

 Gatlin Grace is embarking on an ambitious initiative to develop mixed-use properties on a parcel of land with great economic value as well as sentimental value. This 3 acre lot in Southwest Fresno was once owned by the grandfather of our CEO. Henry Daniels was a local farmer and a staple in his community. The project “Revitalizing Roots” will leverage a strategically located addition to Southwest Fresno. Situated in close proximity to a brand-new community college, this project aims to meet growing needs for residential, commercial, and community spaces.
